After 20 years of marriage, Kenny G. and wife Balynda "Lyndie" Benson-Gorelick are parting ways.

Benson-Gorelick wants to legally separate from the popular smooth jazz musician, 55, according to documents filed in the L.A. County Superior Court on Jan. 9.

Benson-Gorelick, who cites irreconcilable differences, is requesting full physical custody of their only minor child, Noah, 14. The couple has another son as well.

The Malibu-based exes have lawyered up. Benson-Gorelick hired Gary Fishbein, and the saxophonist is with high-profile attorney Laura Wasser.
