In the most unfair fight since a big drunk dude socked Snooki back in Seaside Heights, Mike "The Situation" Sorentino squared off against Ronnie on Thursday night's episode of Jersey Shore, landing him in an Italian hospital.
But it wasn't his roommate who did the damage.
Following an argument with Ron about (what else?) his on-again-off-again girlfriend Sammi, a hysterical Situation throws himself head-first into a wall – of the concrete variety, no less – and nearly knocks himself out before he and Ronnie even come to blows.

Later, he returns to the house with a concussion and a sprained neck. And hopefully, an important lesson learned: No matter how mad you get, you can never out-muscle concrete.
